CarDimMax 2.4 MLS
designed to achieve a 5° inclination, thus meeting all space and storage requirements.
The said frame supports a planar reference plane-plate on which, materially, the specimens to be measured are placed.
Static positioning with respect to the points required by regulations is innovative, and the measurement of side, center, and warp curvature uses magnetic laser sensor holder blocks that are simple ut precise to use.
Detection of the points required by the standards is accomplished by laser sensors (laser rangefinders).
Zeroing of laser sensors can be carried out:
• With traditional reference plate
• Without reference plate, by squaring and sliding rod system (eliminating the need for plates of any size)
Processing of the sensed data is done by complex hardware and software.
The instrument records the generated files on special internal memory cards located on plc-web server but which, using Internet address, are exported externally and viewed/processed by any external computer.
The instrument uses linear guides to ensure accuracy and stability to ensure easy positioning of the gauges.
