Equipment consisting of a robust painted steel frame; the frame has been designed achieve a 5 ° slope, satisfying so all space and
encumbrance needs.
The aforementioned frame supports a planar reference plate-plane on which, materially, the samples to be measured are placed.
The static positioning compared to the points provided by the standards is innovative and, in particular, the curvature of the sides, of the center and warpage uses magnetic blocks for laser sensors with simple but precise use.
The detection of points required by the standard is achieved by laser sensors (laser telemeters); the data collected are processed using complex hardware and software.
The instrument records the files generated on special internal memory cards located on the plc-web server, but which, through an internet address, are exported externally and displayed / processed by any external computer.
The evaluation of the dimensions can take place with respect to zeroing /calibration plates.
The instrument uses a linear guides to guarantee precision and stability in order to guarantee an easy positioning of the laser meters.
