COMPUTERISED ELECTRONIC HEATING MICROSCOPE, MOD. HM/1600/A – MicrOvis

Instrument with automatic cycle and integrated image analysis. Can be used efficiently in the ceramics industry for the accurate study of the softening point of glazes and the syntering of ceramic mixtures.
It is also useful in numerous industrial production sectors for studying the behaviour of materials subjected
to heating.
The rapid heating feature, up to 80 °C per minute, is in line with current requirements of the ceramics industry, where extremely rapid
firing times are used.

Maximum temperature + 1600 °C.

Software Description

The dedicated software and the automatic acquisition and elaboration of images make the instrument fast and easy to use,
thereby allowing numerous tests to be carried out during daily working hours.
Its computerised management system allows the images and all test data to be memorised which can thus be compared and re-elaborated at any time.
The images of the sample may be memorised at preset times, and it is possible to carry out a test with two samples at the same time.
