In our ERVD series roller kilns
The handling system is equipped with a number of gear motors which varies according to the length of the kiln.
The oven includes, in different quantities depending on the various models, various zones with different characteristics and precisely:
- entry and evacuation smoke zone
- preheating zone
- cooking zone
- cooling zone
In all models the temperature uniformity between the right and the left side is electronically controlled in a range of +/- 3° C.

Technical specifications
This type of kiln is made of a sturdy steel structure painted in a fire at 180 ° C
with scratch-resistant epoxy paints.
The thermal insulation consists of low-density refractory bricks and preformed ceramic fiber plates highly resistant to temperature and thermal shock.
The heating system consists of both Kanthal wire resistances wound in a spiral, both resistances in silicon carbide,
allowing these furnaces to operate up to a maximum temperature of 1330 °C.
On the control panel, for each zone where the resistances are present (preheating,cooking, cooling)
there is a potentiometric self- regulating pyrometer that operates by controlling static units.
