SPEEDY RAPID MILL
Laboratory tool suitable for the rapid grinding of frits, glazes, dyes, ecc., is ideal for ceramic laboratories, dyeing,
cement, food industries, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, feed, research laboratories.
The machine is built and supplied with modular modules (heads), mounted on a single frame.
Each head is independent and this allows to work with versatility and always in total safety
because each is equipped with a micro switch that stops the movement of the jar whenever you intervene on the safety cover of the compartment that houses it.
The instrument is prepared to grind with 1000cc jars, but with appropriate accessory (optional)
can grind with 300cc jar.
Technical specifications
Built with a steel structure painted with scratch-resistant
epoxy paints cooked at 180 °C, it consists of:
- a case containing a soundproof chamber, in which the jar containing the material
to be ground is moved - a compartment containing the electrical system and the mechanical handling apparatus of the jar
- a control panel carrying an electronic control unit.
